How to Do Squats Correctly

Squats create the maximum amount of growth by aiding the body in releasing growth hormone. The growth hormone helps to decrease body fat and increase muscle size. But without proper form and technique squats can be very dangerous. A single rep done wrong could damage you for life, so it’s important to perform the squat correctly and safely. Here are a few pointers:
1) Feet at least shoulder width apart
2) The first movement is to sit the gluts back and down
3) Knees should never go over your toes
4) Never sit the gluts lower than parallel
5) Keep the chest up and upper body tight
6) On the way up concentrate on driving the heals through the ground
