Replace your standard resistance bands with the interchangeable Iron Bands to get more from your contraction and your workout -- and get shredded! Iron Bands are 20 lbs. of resistance each band, 60 lbs. per side, 120 lbs total. 

The Chest Strap adds 60 lbs. of resistance to the push up portion of the Iron Chest Master exercise taking the sculpting and building of your chest, shoulders, and triceps to the next level.

These REALLY WORK!!!!!

It took me entirely too long to replace my Iron Bands and my Chest Strap, as they both produce AMAZING RESULTS! Using all six Iron Bands will give you the definition you are looking for, and with the addition of the Chest Strap, the strengthening and toning to your muscles become astonishing. Flexing will immediately become a part of your presentation, without the need to do so.
