Iron Resistance Bands

I have had the iron chest master for 4 years now and use it weekly with my regular gym routine and I have to say it is the best chest work out ever. I have gotten a couple of my gym friends to get one as well. I just replaced the black bands for the first time in 4 years and like I said I use it a couple times a week. Great quality bands.

The black bands are awesome. They have helped me to improve my bench press. They also have helped to create significant mass in my pecs, I wish I had discovered this machine in my 20’s. For someone with a pushup based workout plan, this is a game changer.
