The Chest Strap adds 60 lbs. of resistance to the push up portion of the Iron Chest Master exercise taking the sculpting and building of your chest, shoulders, and triceps to the next level.

I have had an iron chest for about 4-5 years now. And the new more resistant bands give me a way better resistance and workout than the original red bands.
