I love it. Between hectic work hours and being a father i can not commit to a schedule or 30 minute routine like given with the extreme package. But then again im not a weekling. I am very fit and active due to my work and have a great bit of muscle. Ive just gained a 60lb layer of fat on top of it over the past few years eating unhealthy on the go at work. Ive cut all bs gone keto and have a garden and eat tons of homegrown vegetables and chicken now. Most store bought vegetables can be rooted and grown from table scraps. Bok choy, collards, cabage, ect. So i save a ton of cash like that and its a healthy hobby. I use the athlean x 5 minute six pack app ( requires no equipment) and i use this iron chest master to do a variety of chest shoulder tricep and back exercises. Ive gone from 234 to 224 in 3 weeks doing everything mentioned. I am going for 180 and a body fat percentage under 20 and as close to 12 as possible. Im over 30% bmi now. The iron chest master is underrated. The website and training exercises dont even cover its full potential. While standing up stand it up on the floor and put your hand on the upper grip and push down for a good tricep burn. The bands can be attached to the center piece, look at it. Theres offsets for them to go ontop of each other. Now do push-ups either close grip then spread when you come up or spread your grip so there’s tension on your shoulders as you do a standard push-up. Use the bands either way with alternating knee pushups standard push-ups and elevated push-ups to change what muscle your targeting chest or shoulder. I only do knee push-ups when the bands are attached to the center because shoulder exercises are something i never focused on and i dont want to cause damage. I do 4 slow sets of 20 with all of the red bands every other day and i switch from knee standard elevated and shoulder with each workout session. Ive got good results doing a minimal 4 sets once every other day. On top of an intense 5 minute core workout from athleanx. 10lbs in less than a month and 3 belt notches. Soon ill be buying smaller pants. Also i do a fast pace ten minute session on a cardio bike before each session. All in all i spend about 20 minutes before work 3-4 days a week and eat healthy 24/7. Fast pace. No breaks between exercises more than 45 seconds. Once a day every other day. Works so far. Works for me. Very happy. Love the iron chest master. Stores easy and extremely efficient. Cant wait to break out black bands and chest strap to really tear it up. Best buy ive made yet. Cant wait to be shredded again like i was in high school weight class and early 20s.
